What the app stores — and where
When you rate a meditation, write a journal entry, or record a voice note, that information is saved only on your own device, inside the app's private storage. It is included in your normal device backup (iCloud or computer backup, controlled by your device settings), like any other app's data. It is never sent to us or to anyone else.
What we collect
Nothing. The app has no user accounts, no analytics or advertising libraries, no tracking identifiers, and makes no network connections to our servers — we do not operate any servers for this app.
Microphone access
The app asks for microphone permission only if you choose to record a voice note in your journal. Recordings are stored on your device alongside your written entries. You can decline or revoke this permission at any time in your device Settings; the rest of the app works fully without it.
Voice note transcription
If you record a voice note, the app can transcribe it into text so your spoken words appear in your journal and PDF report. Transcription uses Apple's on-device speech recognition and happens entirely on your device — your audio is never sent anywhere. You can decline the speech recognition permission and voice notes will simply remain audio-only.
Sharing your report
The app can create a PDF report of your ratings and reflections. That PDF is created on your device, and it goes only where you choose to send it — printing, saving, or sharing it is always your action, never ours.
Purchases
If subscriptions are offered, payment is handled entirely by Apple through your App Store account. We do not receive your name, payment details, or any other personal information from a purchase.
Children
The app is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone — including children.
Deleting your data
Your reflections and voice notes can be deleted inside the app at any time, and deleting the app from your device removes everything it stored.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes — for example, if a future feature works differently — the updated policy will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
