Privacy Policy — Leading Under Pressure

Effective date: August 5, 2026

Leading Under Pressure (the “App”) is published by CoraLG, Inc.

The short version

Everything you enter in Leading Under Pressure stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, sell, or share any of your information. We cannot read your check-ins, notes, or reports — no one can but you.

What the App stores, and where

The App stores your Mini Burnout Quiz answers and results, your daily time entries and pillar ratings, your written notes and plans, your assessments and goals, and your generated reports only on your device. This information is included in your device’s normal iCloud or computer backup (controlled by your device settings, not by us), and it is deleted when you delete the App.

What we collect

Nothing. The App has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party software development kits. The guided relaxation recordings are built into the App itself — nothing streams, and the App works fully offline.

Links you choose to open

A few optional buttons open outside pages — for example the book’s page on Amazon, or support resources shown with quiz results. Those pages open only when you tap them, and are governed by their own sites’ privacy policies. The App sends them nothing about you.

Notifications

If you set the optional nap wake-up alarm, the reminder is scheduled locally on your device by iOS. It never travels over a network, and you can decline notification permission entirely.

Sharing your reports

When you choose to share your report (for example by email, Messages, AirDrop, or printing), that sharing happens through your device’s own sharing features, under your control. Where you send it is up to you.

Apple

Standard app-store mechanics (downloading the App, TestFlight participation, crash reports if you have opted in with Apple) are governed by Apple’s own privacy policy, not ours. We receive no personal information from them beyond anonymous, aggregate statistics.

Children

The App is a self-reflection and planning tool intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

Not medical care

The App is an educational companion to Dr. Gaby Cora’s work. It does not provide medical or mental-health advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and its content is not a substitute for professional care. Always consult your own physician about your health.

Changes

If a future version of the App ever changes these practices, this policy will be updated first, and any new data practice will be opt-in and explained in plain language.
